Your pathway to marketing success
1 Introductory Call
We’ll have a video call so I can learn more about your business, your challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve. If we both agree I can help, I'll begin working on your Marketing Blueprint, a six-week long strategic marketing roadmap.
2 Marketing Blueprint
During the first 30 days of our engagement, I'll develop a comprehensive growth plan. Each week will have specific deliverables, including your Competitor Analysis, Buyer Personas, Customer Narrative, Pitch Script, SEO Strategy, Website Strategy, and Campaign Strategy.
3 Marketing Partnership
Once our growth plan is in place, we'll be ready to put it into action. Depending on the level of engagement you choose, I'll begin hiring marketing team members and selecting the appropriate vendors to create a winning team.
4 Performance Review
We will have monthly meetings where we review the performance of our campaigns and the overall strategy by looking at KPIs, followed by discussions covering the next steps or adjustments to be made.
